<font class="PostDisplay">Mississippi state is a decent football team this year. They should have went to a bowl last year (beat LSU). They have improved for sure.
That said, the first two years of said coaches are not entirely comparable. Mullen has a much easier schedule than Petrino had. Mullens will get tougher as he finishes out this year. Mullen is a good offensive coach, like Petrino, and will have a good career. I just think the cupcakes have really helped MSU get to where they are ( not to mention having Florida in a horrendous down year) when we got them when they went back to back BCS bowl wins.</font>
It's much more that this one statement which was the last posted.... talking about our SOS since Mullen has been here.... Please let their asses know that our SOS was HANDS DOWN #1 in the nation last year and 2nd place wasn't even close!
