explain to me how we lose a LB to Houston and DL to Vandy. 6 decommits? Isn't that unusual? How can we not parlay success into better recruiting?

that made me feel better about losing two of our instate commits. the dl that went to vandy apparently had good parents that wanted him to have a vandy education. i will be surprised if whitehead plays a down of football. The players that i'm upset about losing are Johnson, Morris (who was never committed to us), and Mackey. I would liked to have gotten the McReynolds kid as well.

he was dropped after he couldn't get in this semester. I can't explain Barron Dixon besides his parents wanting him at Vandy.

I lived there for 3 years and my wife worked there.

1. their medical facilities aresome of the best in the country. If the family had some sort of medical concern, this could have swayed them.
2. the school is also top notch education wise and reputation.
3. They are also innundated with a mass amount of self important pricks. Oxford doesnt hold a candle.
4. their fansknow little, if nothing about sport.
5. if getting a degree from Vandy means having to play on a crappy football team for 4 years that is not a bad deal.
