Next year when my son becomes eligible to be recruited, I can get my brother to solict money on behalf of my son, and he be eligible to play as long as I stay away from campus and don't tell my son anything. </p>

make sure and pay for the new ones yourself. As long as you only solicit big name money schools, everything should be fine.

..if you act as a liaison between yourself & any party that might be attempting to pay money for your son's athletic services, just keep in mind the NCAA will come after you while ignoring anything your son may have done or said during the scenario.

At least that's what today's NCAA ruling in regards to Cam/Cecil Newton clearly indicates.
