that entire team collapsed around Madkin. The signs were all over the place, looking back now, that Jackie had rolled the dice a little too much and the beginning of the end was near.

With lots of questions at LT. I know we don't need a LT as much as teams that don't run the spread option. But that situation sill worries me.

especially by not showing up to any workouts that summer of 2001. Wasn't really a good leader. Fant should have started the entire year (I know, hard to justify, but in 20/20 hindsight).<div>
</div><div>Biggest thing that happened that year was having no Defensive Line whatsoever. Bust of JUCO busts. But we were still better than 3-8.</div>

This is Mullen's third year, as you know. We still have a fire lit under our asses. Mullen wants us to stay on top so he can be ready to grab that big job when it comes open. Completely different type of players and coach than when Jackie let the boys go wild back in the Madkin days.

They resented Wayne because he acted too "Caucasian" in their opinions.... I attended every home, and every Friday practice before games, and was in locker room on game days... They basically shunned him the entire season and didn't give a 17 about him. Hence, why they caught fire and Fant made Eli look like a JUCO reject that year's Egg Bowl**. But overall that was a ****** season.

have led the SEC in rushing in 2009, finished 2nd in 2010, and return the 3rd most starts in the SEC for 2011. We also are in the top 1/3 for sacks allowed as well<div>
</div><div>Our OL is very damn good</div>

Ask Ole Miss how easy it is to replace a 1st round Left Tackle. %%+* schemes, %%+* the spread, that **** is just difficult to do and you are underestimating it. Not to mention Brignone.

we run block 2 out of every 3 plays- run-blocking is easier than pass blocking DE's. Mississippi also lost their WR's, one being one of the best deep threats in the NFL- but people seem to forget about that. Whomever plays LT is still going to block down and wall the inside off while we pull the backside and run the counter play. <div>
</div><div>It's rare I'm wrong on football Goat and you know it.</div><div>
</div><div>I said we'd average 400 yards on offense- we averaged 399</div><div>I said we'd average 30 a game- we averaged 29</div><div>I said we'd go 8-4, and we did.</div><div>I said we wouldnt miss Dixon- and we didnt- had one of our best offenses in school history and Ballard scored 20 TD's</div><div>
</div><div>We will be fine this season- try being Auburn replacing 4 starters</div>

OM replaced 1st round draft pick Oher with redshirt freshman Sowell and won 9 games.
