Face value, this may not seem like that big of a deal, but the point is that the most drastic changes in football have all occurred under this guys watch. He does not know when to stop.

The guy is a power nut that has too much power and loves to use it his own insane ways (remind you of anyone?). But in his case, I don't know if he can further ruin something that has already been ruined.
