If I understand correctly what I read yesterday, Penn State only has to pay Franklin the buyout if he is actively looking for work. Also, they only have to pay the DIFFERENCE in what the new school pays him. If that is true, he is going to go somewhere on the cheap to stick it to Penn State.

It won't be us. We'll continue to pay elite money for crappy results and be happy with it.
He won 70% of his games. Had them in the CFP semis last year. PSU fired him b/c he didn't win a national title. Nothing else.
