Somethings Both + and - about the Coaching Staff off season

1) Dan MUST give up ST and Scott hire a proven ST coach.
2) Our D staff (esp Deshea and Collins) needs big raises.
3) Dan also needs to give up any control he has over the OC on playcalling
4) If Dan is to be a HC, let him start acting like one and not micromanaging the offense.
