Sentences: Masoli, an All-Pac 10 selection last season, was thrown off the Oregon team in June following his second arrest in six months. He was arrested on a burglary charge in January, pled guilty and received probation. The June charge was for marijuana possession (less than an ounce), he pled guilty and paid a fine, but coach Chip Kelly kicked him off the team.

Truth: Jeremiah was not arrested in either incident. He was charged in the burglary and pled guilty. He received a citation for marijuana possession and two traffic offenses. He has resolved those citations.
