No question this season is the single worst coaching performance I have ever seen. Not just at UK but anywhere. I don't care what the buy out is this can't drag on for 2 more years. Something needs to be done now.

100% correct. But ball-less Mitch won't do anything and we don't want that idiot hiring another coach anyway.

No excuse that Towles didn't play the majority of this game. Inexcusable.

I'm starting to believe the issue may be the coordinators not the head coach. Letting Jackson repeatedly get chunk yardage on the read option and not adjusting for an entire half is an epic failure on the part of the defensive coordinator. Likewise not switching out the QBs after Barker was in a total state of confusion during the second half is a poor reflection on the OC.

Anyone paying attention at all can see how this ends. Stoops simply can't coach and is going to fail, whether he's fired this offseason, after next year or when his contract ends. But the question of if he will succeed has been answered.

A program serious about competing would make a change now, regardless the buyout. That being said, I hope they don't fire Stoops. That is just money down the drain. Barnhart will make a terrible hire, regardless of how much money he has to spend, so why even bother.

Stoops is not the answer. For the life of me, I can't figure out why so many people believe in him. Outside of recruiting and Vince Marrow does the majority in Ohio, what the f@ck does he bring to the table? You allow your rival to come into your house and when the game is on the line, just dominate you, its just sad. Again today, we played not to lose, instead of playing to win. Bobby is now 6-0 and if Stoops stays, that number is going to grow.

You don'the suppose, losing your two best running backs in the first half had anything to do with how Kentucky played in the second half? Neither Barker nor Towles had a chance without a running threat.

We need to be tougher......We need to do a better job coaching....If that play would have worked we would be praised as geniuses.......OP is spot on. Sorriest most inept coaching I have seen in my 48 years of watching UK football.

I was on board with the Stoops hire but I can't believe how incompetent and disorganized this staff is. Lack of discipline on both sides of the ball, stupid penalties, terrible clock management on several occasions this season and really questionable play calling. Stoops came here and talked a good game in order to get the job but it's clear that he's in way over his head as a SEC coach.

Because Stoops has yet to grow into being a HC, he needs strong OC and DC. He doesn't have that they are as wet behind the ears as he is. That is why we make no in game adjustments. There is no evidence that anyone on staff is a good coach

This. We have the blind leading the blind. I don't even want anyone fired. I want Mitch to hire a "bench coach" - an older coach who knows how to coach to teach Stoops and the rest of these clowns how to do there job. The mistakes on the sideline, e.g. Vandy game, are completely unacceptable for a guy making $3.5 million a year. WHAT ARE WE PAYING HIM FOR??

And to think, Mitch wouldn't give Brooks what he wanted- wouldn't pay him crap. Mitch is the worst.
