and Renardo's attorney contended all along that the NCAA was wrong in their accusations, how come he hasnt filed suit vs us or the NCAA or both yet? How can he be quiet now?

Waiting on the unjust finding from the NCAA seems pretty stupid. Filing the suit would bring more attention and thus force their hand publically. Of course that is providing he's got a legitimate case.

See, that is where the rubber meets the road with me in this. Renardo's case was a good one to try in the media, but down deep, it stunk and his attorney knew it all along. If his rantings got the kid eligible because the ncaa folded, great. But now he's caught holding crap and bluffed all he can. Which it seems, is what the NCAA was banking on.

Sorry. The whole 'waiting on the ncaa to rule' thing isnt just an ncaa thing to me anymore.
