America loves bandwagons, and has way too many colin cowherds in it. If the 9ers win it all this year, expect some douche to start proclaiming them America's team.

Dallas will always be America's team.

I've never really understood the fascination with trying to peg "America's Team". America has 32 teams that compete with only teams within America.

You can walk into adepartment store anywhere in America and they might only have two or three NFL teams represented. Usually, it's the regional team that's close by and the Dallas Cowboys. The same goes for the New York Yankees in baseball. I was in hobby lobby the other day with Ms. BogeyGolfer and noticed that they had Ole Miss and State santa hats for sale. They had only one NFL santa hat for sale, and it was the Dallas Cowboys. But this is true in North Mississippi as well as any other state in America.

If the Packers win two more Super Bowls in the next few years, they'll become the new "America's Team". The only reason the Patriots didn't is because Belichick is such an ***. The Cowboys are "America's Team" as much as Sarah Palin is America's President.

17 the Cowboys. I hope Tony Romo is named their lifetime starter and plays until he dies on the field at 102.

I don't know a lot of Cowboys fans, but the ones I do know seem let you know about it. They spent loads of money of Cowboys crap and talking about how awesome they are. 2nd place in that department goes to the Steelers.

Just look at how many of their fans show up at away games. I bet well over 1/3 of Candlestick Park was wearing black and waving Terrible Towels. Whenever Heath Miller caught a pass, the "Heeeeeeeaaaath" chants were as loud as anywhere.

And, I haven't been in sports stores all over the nation, but the ones I have been in always have a large Steelers selection. Around here (Atlanta), there is way more Steelers stuff than Cowboys.

See the Chicago Cubs in baseballas an example. According to the USA today in an article they posted last January prior to the Super Bowl, Pittsburgh ranked #1 Dallas #2 and the Saints who had just won the super bowl came in #3 in sales for that particular season. This in it self proves my point that the Cowboys who finished 6-10 still out sold the then Super Bowl champs in merchandise. I will concede that Pittsburgh is also a national brand but there's only one America's Team! How bout them Cowboys!!
