Sound System

I was at the game last night and had a great time. Crowd was a little thin but overall great experience. However with that said our sound system was terrible. That thing needs a lot of work and they at least need to turn it down until then.

That system was supposed to be replaced 8 years ago. Promised by Stricklin to be upgraded. So maybe someone with pull can bring it up again.

I have had season tickets in section 20(lower east side), section 04 (lower west side) and now in section 308 (upper deck west side). It all depends on where you sit. Lower level the speakers are above you and you have 40K trapped cowbell noise all around you. The speaker sound bad and you can't even hear them most of the time. I sat in section 308 roll two, we are even with the speakers and the cowbell noise although loud is not trapped. The speakers sound great up there. To be hones with the speakers so high above you and the cowbell noise is level with you I don't know how they can fix it.

The plan at one time was to put multiple sets of speakers below the boxes on east side, pointing down to the lower level. On the west, below the chair back section.

If you want good seats in the lower level now, you just can't get good sound.
