We had our stint with Russell uni's , terrible!

We have to find a way to get back under Nike. From an all around apparel and uniform standpoint , they are the best.

The two-tone pants idea is far-fetched even Oregon wouldn't be caught in those. But maybe State could get some nice maroon and white two-tone pants. But let''s be honest with ourselves about are friends in the Burg, I think their uniform are better than Ole Miss's new unis.

Sad for USM. Their uni's were classic and I actually liked them. Looked very "SECish" and now they definitely look like C-USA jerseys.

I hate Ole Miss but I have to be honest and say I love their uni's. You don't mess with a good thing. Their new ones are awful.



As far as us going back to Nike, I personally like their styling and everything better than Adidas, and they DEFINITELY wouldn't have fudged the A&M thing... But I like Adidas. They're about on par with each other with Nike having a nod with shoe technology. Their cleats are far superior than anything on the market. Adidas is leagues ahead of UA though.

Adidas owns Reebok who successfully held the NFL contract forever it seems like and has all the trial and error info from the game's biggest stage. I know the Nike NFL jerseys and everything are "nicer" and everything but I hate them.

Those jerseys don't look bad but seeing the Russell logo just makes them horrible.

USM should seriously consider wearing white football uniforms at home...

They look a lot better than with the black shirts & I'm actually a bit surprised they didn't bring out an alternate gold jersey.

The jersey pants are terrible and the black uniforms with the gold piping under the arm is awful.

The basketball uniforms actually look pretty good-- reminiscent of the 1980s.

I agree. Nike is the best. Don't like our 2 tone uniforms (different shades of maroon on jerseys and helmets). Hate the stripes on the helmets, and stripes up the sleeves.

Horrific. But Southern made their mistake when they didn't realize what they had when they wore these:



They had tradition, just like Ole Miss. It doesn't make sense to change the uniforms. MSU is literally the only team in the state that can get away with the flashy bling bling ****. But instead of doing that, we elect to go with ribbons and other homosexuality.
