Luckily I had other plans so got to watch it via DVR and could skip all the crap. USC did run the ball much better but like the past few years USM's pass rush is mostly non-existant and they simply have no playmakers on defense. Been that way for a good 2-3 with the lone exception of McGrath. Basically since Fedora got there they haven't been able to stop anybody with a mediocre offense.

When they had the ball,USMdid put the ball inside the USC 20 yard line 6 freakin times by early 4Q and had 6 points out of it. That's Croom level incompetence right there. And our friend Deandre Brown clearly has some issues that have him squarely in the doghouse.

So I think South Carolina is improved in some areas but I'm not sold that they'll be much better than years past overall. The Georgia game will tell us a lot about both teams.

is definately Croom-esque.

He's clearly their best player. They have to find ways to get him the ball.

The announcers were all over him for being lazy and not running routes 100%. And they are right. He did the same thing at Ocean Springs.

is picked to win their division in CUSA. I thought the win by SC was impressive. They also held three starters out of the game and almost had to keep 12 out (the NCAA cleared them of the hotelgate at 6p.m.). You are right about learning a lot more for UGA though.
