I would pull for Alabama. Auburn winning one game is fine, but Auburn has to play UT next week, whereas Alabama has South Carolina.
But we hold all tie breakers over Auburn. Looks like we need Bama to win at least one and then if we take care of business we can hold tiebreakers over all of them but if the Cocks don't get off their butts, the Pigs may walk in if we sweep Bears. UM will quit if out of it.Todd4State said:
And for good measure, I sure wish UT would take at least one of the 2 left with LSU. But I don't see that happening. Everything should be a whole lot clearer after all games are complete tonight. If the right things happen, next week could almost be moot, except for overall rpi standings. The west title would be nice, but I'm not too concerned with that at this point. Winning the division in baseball doesn't carry all that much weight anyway, but I wouldn't turn it down.
We would get a team like Georgia who is really strugglingor Auburn who we sweptbecause we would get the 2 seed and play the 7th seed if we won the division. If we get in as the 6th seed or 5th seed, we would start off playinga Florida or a Vandy, both of which I would love to avoid for as long as possible. Definitely need SC to win the next two, and we need to take care of business tonight.

We've beaten every West team at least once so far except for LSU, andthese teams in the West have a lot more weaknesses than Vandy and Florida do.Need to try and avoid them as long as possible.
