I know Meeks has looked great, but for my money Downey should be player of the year in the SEC. That guy can shoot the three as good as anyone in the league. He's probably quicker than anyone else in the league. And he's probably the best scoring PG in the league when driving to the bucket.
He can basically beat a team by himself because even if he's not scoring, your entire defense has to collapse on him, leaving other players open for lay ups or wide open 3s.
