Southern Missouri?

My cousin called and said that Ravich is calling southern, southern missouri and still is into the 5th inning? I'm trapped at work and cannot watch. Any truth to this?

They do have the same colors as Mizzou. Still, that's bad if true.

I can understand MAYBE mispronouncing a player's name or not being 100% familiar with every team's history, though that isn't a lot to ask. However, you better at least be able to get the team's name right.

maybe he said it once and I just misunderstood my cousin's text. But I'm sure he ahd to of heard it once to say it. But the message implied it was multiple times. Who knows. That Texas game took the wind out of their sails though

that I actually heard and it was in the 1st inning. I did not hear him say it again the entire game but I was not listening that closely.

it's Missouri Southern. They hate it when we call them that.

I heard him say Southern Missouri once. He also said pitcher JR Ballinger was "from Moss Point, Mississ oh, I'm sorry Missouri. He grew up in the shadows of the campus."
