Sportswise, what are you thankful for?

I'm just thankful that, as a bulldog, I'm now disappointed that our team is going in the egg bowl with a 5-6 record. I have memories as a child where us being one win from 6 was a good year.

we are in the SEC West were it forces us to become a much better program even if we still get crushed by 3 of the other teams.

That was easy. The whole run was something that I will never, ever forget, and then getting a chance to actually go to a World Series game was a dream come true for me.

I'll count the Gator Bowl as this year since it was Jan 1.- I got to sit on the 50 yard line and that was a fun trip.

Our baseball season was a lot of fun too- I was on TV for the Governor's Cup because I was behind home plate, and then the whole SR run was fun- including beating USM's "best team ever". I just wish it had ended in Omaha. Vickerson's home run was memorable, though. It was good to finally see MSU baseball turning it around, though.

I hope my good year keeps up.

is that I would not have remembered who won the World Series had I not read your post. The NFL has obliterated them from a PR standpoint in the last 20 years. I really hate it. My family is from Boston. I went to a historic baseball game in St. Louis on October 27, 2004. I didn't watch a pitch of the season or post season this year. You hard core fans carry on.

most of the dumbasses that talk football on here don't coach our football team or even give advice to any of the people who coach our football team.

I would be a lot more thankful, though, if Fredi Gonzalez were standing in line behind him at the unemployment office.
