A toss up really. Unfortunately who ever wins will have to face either phoebus or norcom. Culpeper wins a tight one .
Unfortunately I'm gonna say Spotsy in a close one. I believe Culpeper will be too one-dimensional with the loss of the QB last week. Spotsy will focus on stopping the run. IF Culpeper is able to fool them on some pass plays it will be a different story. I don't think the Culpeper defense will hold Spotsy below 28.
Cpep held them to 10 the first time but they’ve exploded since that game. I’d say the Cpep QB situation was a bigger deal if they didn’t go this far before without him. With the way these teams run and the weather Saturday this should be a great old school game. Home Field will matter here too
Have you been to a Culpeper game? For whatever reason, the crowds haven't come out in force. Hopefully they show up for this one.
Maybe with EV playing the day before this game will see some more fans. Any idea how that Field looks?
It might be in decent shape by Friday, but they're making a terrible mistake by playing this thing on Saturday. It's supposed to rain at least 1/2" and possibly more on Saturday. ANY more rain and that field will quickly become a huge mess. They should play it on Friday regardless of where it's played.
Any chance Liberty will make their field available again?
I've always preferred natural grass and the elements but would completely understand if they wanted to move the game to a turf field as well.
