I've seen it marketed on Twitter and IG quite a bit. Maybe less than the first two years but it's definitey been out there

Excited about going and very disappointed more build up hasn't taken place...catwalk @10.40. But you are right I'm in Mizzou mode
This team is a victim of last year's results. The UofL collapse finished off a lot of fans enthusiasm for this program. The die hard UK football fans will always be pumped up and go to this game, buy season tickets, predict 9+ wins, but the general fanbase is in a show me mode now and I think it is fair to say the recruits and even some commits will be as well. The initial buzz Stoops created has all but worn off and I just do not think there is a lot of enthusiasm outside of Nutter right now. I do think it can be an advantage because there is not much pressure and hype on these players right now (a lot of pressure on Stoops though) like it has been in the past few seasons and if things go right UK could sneak up on some teams this season and the general fan enthusiasm will build again.
Whether you see the glass half full or half empty there is no denying the past few season collapses and missed opportunities has emotionally drained this fanbase again and will take some big wins this season to get back. The schedule is tough. Stoops has his work cut out for him.

I am not here to disagree, but I truly wish that people would have realistic expectations for Stoops. When he took over this program the former coach had recruited players that could not play in the Sunbelt Conference. I do not believe that the majority of the fan base has any idea how truly bad this team was under Joker. We need to support Stoops and his current staff until they get the new practice facility up and running. I know it is hard to hear, but we need to be patient. Hell, I have nothing better to do. I have been waiting since Charlie Bradshaw's thin thirty.
