SPS Bowl Tickets for Charity Update!

Thanks to everyone who donated. We tallied up $1550 in donations. The list of members who donated are pasted below.

Currently, I'm waiting on a call back from the Palmer Home in Columbus to see if this type of donation fits with them. DS is waiting on a call back from St. Jude. If these two routes fail, we'll continue to look. Our goal is to provide a ticket, toboggan, and cowbell for each person that attends. If we choose the Palmer Home, part of the donation will be for gas money as well.

Palmer Home in Columbus

is going to call me back on Monday. They believe they're going to be able to do this, but want to make sure they have enough people to cover everything that they need to cover.

great to hear! I've done some work with Palmer Home in the past and there's nothing better than helping those kids and also the awesome parents that help give those kids a better life

There is a Palmer Home up here as well, and one of the houses goes to our church. They really are a blessing to those kids. One of the girls came from a pretty rough home and is now about to graduate from nursing school.
