Half. Both teams’ D determined not to let either RB break free. Couple big 4th down stops by Rita D. Great tackling and disciplined D by PC.

Thanks for the updates. Rita’s QB ineffective or no time to throw? Or both?

Kyle James 27yd TD run. PAT no good. 22-0 240 left

Wow. Did not know he plays both ways.

Did you see the LA game? Was SR overmatched? I am impressed with this Rita team and wonder how they would match up vs MC

This St. Rita Team is not really overmatched vs anyone. They’re young but have talent at each position. Just haven’t put 4 full quarters in until tonight. MC, SR, and BR have very good JRs and Sophs. MC junior class is special. SR has excellent JRs and Sophs. All the south side catholic programs should all be proud of their Senior classes and excited about their futures also.

1st thoughts and prayers to the Providence Player taken away by the paramedics on a back board. Puts the game in prospective.

Before the game the PC coach was interviewed by the local radio station. We could hear the interview in the parking lot. He had a nice rundown on his team. When asked about SR he said the one player they had to keep an eye on was #35 (Kaleb Brown) because he had no one on his team with that speed.

The first half of this game was a very tight defensive battle. Kaleb Brown had the entire PC front 7 team keying on him in the first half.

In the second half he had some nice runs where his speed just exploded past the defenders. But this was a team win with some clutch catches by WR’s, nice runs by the RB position, nice WR sweeps, and down field blocking by everyone. The defense put together the best four quarters I’ve seen in a while. Kaleb Brown took some snaps in the second half from the wildcat position which opened up the defense a little because his ability to get to the edge.

And Rock thanks for the running updates for the games that I can't make.

PC coach stated in newspaper article that he thought the injured PC player may only have had a stinger. The coach said he was moving his hands.

Kuska call a defensive time out when PC had run several nice running plays. After that time out they stopped PC the rest of the night. What ever adjustment he made changed the compose of the game from there on. No first downs in 2nd half. PC wore out with several linemen going both ways. The score does not show the quality of the play by PC. They are a good team.

Just got off the phone with @Wittymoniker1 to see why he hasn’t chimed in on the victory yet and he says he’s fine, he’s lurking but won’t post until the young Mustangs get to 5 wins if they can. He doesn’t want to mess with the win streak.

Very superstitious! I said, why don’t you be like me? I’ve been wearing the same socks since the Saturday after the loss to Montini
