Fleetwood needs to be on suicide watch. Poor kid just chokes on 17 and 18 every damn time. Hate it for him. I like the hole relocation too

The players made the course look easy.
Southwind isn’t the hardest course in the world especially lengthwise but you have to be a good putter. The back nine is more challenging than the front nine.

I’ve played it a couple of times, one time being right after this tournament and we got to experience PGA golf conditions. The greens were like putting on the kitchen floor.

You really have to be able to work the ball too. For an average golfer like me that typically doesn’t hit it much past 270, I don’t hit it far enough out there to make it too treacherous, but the 300+ hitters really have to be able to hit a fade/draw on command. Either that or just hit a rocket straight over the tree line like Scotty

It really is eye-opening how far they hit it when you go play the course and you see where they hit from and see where they landed in the fairway. Number 10 is a good example when we played where you landed in the fairway was a good 50 to 60 yards behind where the pros land and they hit it over all the trees. It’s insane.
