Be interesting to see who they hire, that program needs a rebuild and someone who will bring a passion back to the program.

St Stephens is a program in need of a class drop; if they ever went to 2A they'd be legit every year. They are too big for their own good.

I was there for 2 years. Great place and good people. The AD will work with you and has coached football at Lincolnton back when they were winning state titles in the 90's/. Good facilities , nice fieldhouse and when I was there a decent weight room. You could "win" there

They need a Coach Minor - Someone who can come in and Change the culture and mindset and get the kids to buy in - Look Coach Minor has done for other programs

I think St Stephens could be competitive program but I think private schools in that area hurt them and a lot of player prob leave and go else where

It may not hurt football but Ik it does hurt them in other sports but those who leave that play say Basketball could play football so Just depends on Who leaves. - When you lose a Athlete that could play multiple sports it hurts you in the end ..... Just my opinion

I wonder if Brad Van Horn would be interested. I know Indy is prob his top pick at the moment since he is on staff there but Brad Van Horn coach at N-C so i think he would do well over in Hickory Metro area. I think as a YOUNG OC he would be a solid pick for St Stephens

Couch Minor got a call but said no thanks they are building something at East Burke. They had meeting 15 new kids come out wanting to play next season!!
I know I mentioned minor as well above so He going make EB competitive and fun to watch! They just need a little bit more speed n at least a decent WRs and they can do some damage imo
