What is the timeline for it to start? I've seen the sketches from the university that someone put on here along with everybody's photoshopped suggestions but I've never paid attention to see if a start date has ever been mentioned. I have no idea how far along the design is or how much of the financing is in place. Also, is the renovation of the West side going to take place first or will it be done concurrently with the expansion?
