Stans' fate needs to be decided THIS year and not after 2013

Everybody knows we are going to be awful next year, and I can't even seeing us sniffing the NIT. The last thing we need to do is let Stans come back for one more year only to fire him when the inevitable happens after next season. We either need to move on to a new coach and give him an extra building year to get his system going, or we need to commit to Stansbury for another rebuilding effort.
