This coach has been to 11 NCAA tournaments, 2 sweet 16s, an elite 8 and a championship game. He currently coaches in the A-10. And, I would think, would be completely attainable.

He may be past his prime and half crazy, but very few would ever complain about poor in-game coaching again. Biggest question mark would be recruiting in the south.

You can't hire a coach and sign him to a five year contract when you have legitimate concerns that he won't live to see the end of it.
