Lets stop talking about the several dumb 17s who made us look bad on National Television.

We started the game doing some creative things on offense. Backdoor cuts, good screening, pick and rolls. My question is since we did this and proved we can..............

1. Why not do it later in the game when we needed a basket?
2. Will we build on this and continue to improve?

We have depth. Osby (so far more than Lewis) and Lewis aren't all americans but both have ability and can be used to rest Varnardo. Good coaching should make them improve.

He made the layup, but it should have been an and 1. It actually led to them scoring on the other end because Ro couldn't get back quick enough after picking himself up from under the basket. I honestly think the reason we didn't try something like that on the last play, for instance, was the fact that they had really packed it in at that point, they were getting away with murder in the paint, and the play from the end of the game at Auburn where Dee tried to drive resulted in a no call as well.

...and his worst game last night. 5 points on 2/6 shooting. 0 for 2 from 3. 4 turnovers. Made several bad decisions. I was very discouraged by his play.

We are obviously very tough at home. We need to go 4-1 with a win over UT. That means we have to get through LSU and Bama, and then win 1 of 2 against Auburn and SC before beating UT on the last day of the season. Auburn and SC scare me. Especially Auburn. We don't matchup so well with them.

Ro's defense when his *** is upside down, stuck in the padding under his own basket and when his *** is caught flat-footed, on the wrong shoulder, at the other end. It's 4 on 5 either way.

The Stansbury stall us nothing new. It's caused us to lose games (Arkansas and Bama) and it's caused us to lose big leads in games that should have been out of reach.

It makes absolutely no sense for a coach with no offensive direction and a team with no regard for the shot clock to all of a sudden expect them to bleed the clock in crunch time and get off a good shot. Especially when you are doing nothing but running the weave with 3 players outside the 3 point line for 27 seconds.
