That's what I'm thinking
Everyone who is about to have a stroke over signing a qb this class need to take a deep breath, count to ten, take a walk around the block in this beautiful Mississippi winter weather and calm down. We have 2 FBS qbs on the team, if they both do down that is an emergency.
It would most definitely be nice to sign a decent qb, but to sign one just for the fact alone isn't a good reason to take up a scholly spot. We can get one next year. Some of the things I read on here make me feel like if we don't get a qb, any qb, this class is a failure. If Tyler goes down, we get to see what Dak is made of. If then Dak goes down (by some terrible stroke by the backhand of fate) we are forced play a true freshman qb.
Why not use the one we have committed and use the scholarship on another position of need?
