Unless we got positive yards for the distance of the punt for Auburn's muff. All Bump has done is go backwards.

every team's number.

You really can't get any idea about a team's "other yards" adv/disadv based solely on the number alone.

He needs to throw out the KO return yardage, because that's a number you want to be low in. Also, he needs to look at net punting rather than just return yards. </p>

No returned punts against LSU, one for 4 yards against Auburn, and four for 49 yards against Memphis (most of it on a 35 yard Bumphis return). He only had 1 negative return on the year.

Kickoff returns, on the other hand, have been awful. The worst was the one where Berry returned the ball to the 20 from the 15. Five freaking yards when he should have had at the very least 10.

is that opponent's return yards count as a negative for us. With that said, there is no way our net punt return yds should be positive.

None of the other returns have sniffed double digits. Most of them have been downed, fair caught, or kick out of bounds.

Didn't realize that. It sounds like our punter gets good hangtime. Maybe he should be kicking off.
