When I pay for the single a game can I use that same ticket for the 2a game if I leave to go eat?

I believe the VHSL has a no re-entry policy. Once you leave, you can't re-enter.
Gator Bait is entirely right and they enforce that STRICTLY. The only way to see two games for your ten bucks is to stay inside the entire time.
