After beating Arkansas tonight.

Need to finish 2-2 to make tourney. Florida, at Texas, at Texas A&M, LSU to close out the season. Should be favored in 2. That Missouri game could bite us.

I like that Purcell was chewing *** at the end of the game. Without an extremely good 3 point shooting night, they might have lost to a team that was 0-11 in the SEC. Sloppy as hell with 22 turnovers.

Gotta win Florida and @ A & M - either of these would be another bad loss. @ Texas & LSU will be tough. Maybe they can win Florida and A & M and get a good first round draw in the SECT.

Time and score--they don't understand... why do we continue to make the stupidest passes. Just cut the TO's in half and we might be a factor.

I like how Purcell called a timeout with 20 seconds left in the game and us up by 12 to draw up a play, and we immediately turned it over after the inbounds and gave up a 3-pointer. That was brillliant.

I liked the message he was trying to send. But they clearly haven't gotten the message in all his years as a HC. Turnovers are just a constant problem.

He needs to beg Vic to let him come and learn what he does coaching wise to instill ball security into his teams because he clearly knows how to get that point across.

Ridiculously flat play. Could have fixed this in the first half, but a white dude isnt about to tell a room full of black women to do anything.

After that Arkansas game this is not at all surprising. They didn't play well in that game, but hot 3 point shooting covered it up.

Now they can't hit the side of a barn and just decided to play lazy D to boot.

Will be by far Florida's best win of the year, just like we were for Mizzou. There's something broken somewhere.

Complacent. Just like every team msu has…because NIL is the long game. No trophies in site or even remotely possible.

Baseball doesn’t count to this regard as we arnt talking about mercenaries in this scenario, it’s actually some pride there.

If u look at who was putting out max effort and trying to find a way to win last night, it was true freshman Madison Francis. You can't be a serious program when freshmen are the leaders of the team.

But he better find a way to keep her and build around her like Vic did with VV. She's clearly a future All American. If you lose those in the portal once you get them on campus, what's the point of the program??

VV was before the free transfer rule and NIL.

I’d say our chances to keep Francis are smaller than a khunt hair.

VV didn't have that NIL money pulling her away, plus we were a top program at the time and would have had NIL support for certain.

Women's BB is not worth emotionally investing in for us. We aren't going to spend much NIL on it so any player thats a true difference maker isn't likely to stay. Just part of the sad state of college athletics. It's all about show me the money. Very few schools can spend big in every sport.

I'm aware it was a lot easier to keep VV with different rules at the time.

All I'm saying is if the school cares about the program being competitive and building back a fan base, they'll find a way to keep a player like Francis. If not then there's no reason for fans to care, unless it's your kid playing.
