I’ve seen Woodside play against Phoebus on tape. No chance in class 5
Very familiar with York. They have recently struggled mightily avoiding big upsets by Tabb and New Kent, rather average teams and did not look very impressive against lowly Jamestown this past week. No chance in class 3. Not to even have Phoebus or Lafayette as mentionable is befuddling!

I guess we're going to have to show it on the field. I disagree, Woodside has a chance. That game against Phoebus was trash. I would never gauge either team with that game and the horrible officiating that went on. Neither team could get into any kind of rhythm.

I had the title games in Classes 4 & 3 exactly as you, except I give the edge to LB.

If Henderson goes down before any of the playoff games, I seriously doubt that Hopewell can win against a good team. (This thougth excludes the first round matchup).

I don't know where I would insert the Phantoms, but they have got to be considered as a contender. From what I've seen though, Phoebus can not commit the number of penalties they routinely get flagged for, in a playoff game. Especially after the first round. The opponents are just too good, and seize upon mistakes.

Great assessment. I certainly wish nothing bad for Henderson or any other kids. I want them to be full strength with no excuses. Phoebus would rather play everyone at full strength. I totally agree that Phoebus will need to clean things up. As a matter of fact, I was told by an officiating rep that both teams were warned before the game that the refs were going to call it very tightly because this was such an highly anticipated game and because of an incident that happened the week before during the Warwick/Phoebus game which caused an injury to a Phoebus player. I don't think either team was prepared for the amount of whistles that occurred that night. Most of the personal fouls where both teams chirping back in forth.
