How good is Staunton River this season? Just blew out a very good Waynesboro team 43-0 and had 650+ rushing yards in the opener. Are they that good or has their competition just been that bad?

TA is average at best and Waynesboro lost their O when the QB went out. That said, I think SR is a legit contender with their line blocking well and quite capable backs that run hard. Defense has played well both games and deserve their share of the credit as well. Wouldn't surprise me to see them make noise in the post season.

A friend of mine from Northside said they would be much improved this year and may compete for Top 3 in the BRD. Looks like he was on to something. TA is bad, but Waynesboro was supposed to be pretty good. I didn't realize they had lost their QB, that makes a big difference.

Out this week, ankle injury. They have two more skill position players that may miss time also. Williams and Gray are banged up a little. Stuart's Draft has a chance based on this and their stable of RB's. Hopefully it's not nagging injurys that limit their effectiveness.
