Sterling It Really Did Happen Yesterday

Pretty exciting stuff. First school athletic state championship in a little over 40 years and clinched 2nd ever semifinal football appearance (last year was the first). I’m guessing I’m not the only Sterling resident moving a little slow this morning.

I for one am happy. Sterling finally are breaking through and the few Sterling fans have been fighting for years and have been pretty honest with all of us as well. They have their breakthrough now.

Sterling announcers doing the game were hard to listen to. I muted the audio after they argued with the coach from the other school in the broadcast booth.

I agree. Sounded like he argued with a rockford paper guy. Basically told the reporter he was wrong because he didn't see the replay. The same guy (i think) called the joliet catholic volletball "the evil empire" after sterling defeated them on Friday.

What’s wrong with that? When someone is wrong about something and you know for 100% certain he’s wrong wouldent you do the same?
