he was talking about how the system is set up and all these "coaches in waiting" get named and if you're not an assistant at one of the big-time schools (speaking about minorities), you don't even really get a shot at an interview for a job.

Even funnier was listening to Speilman last night talking about how Buffalo's and Louisville's DC should be considered for head coaching jobs yadda yadda yadda.. And I am thinking they are on the verge of being fired as they have awful defenses.. If you are going to push certain coaches due to their color, at least push some who are currently successful!
