There were 2 RU Defense Offsides penalties within the same series. Within 6 plays of each other.
Seriously lining up twice offsides on Defense ? You can't make this stuff up.

So let me summarize this, for those that don't understand what happened. 1. Kansas had only 10 players on the field. 2. The Kansas RG and RT are lined up in the backfield ( this was the illegal formation penalty). 3. The Kansas WR was awarded "on" (meaning he's on the line of scrimmage) by the official. As a result, the Rutgers DB who was aligned to the WR in soft press technique was offsides and when he realized where the ball was, couldn't get back until after the snap.
