I would rather have left the game in the hands in our defense with the lead than leave Davis Wade with a L and those 4 cracks at the endzone result in failure. Our secondary is weak but I dont think there is any doubt that we were all hoping they would be defending a lead at the end instead of seeing our offense fail like it did after it performed so well all day.
What we saw yesterday was painful but all in all it appears a fire has been ignited in our team. I'm hoping this weekend only makes Mullen and the rest hungrier the next week. I was impressed with what I saw Saturday and felt that our defense would have stepped it up if we scored.</p>
