OKC just had their best game. Durant had 39 on 25 shots.. Westbrook had 14 on 12 shots and he had double digit assists.

OKC can be a championship team if Westbrook will learn that he's not the man. Everyone knows Durant is the man. Westbrook forgets too often. Give up the ball they can win a title.

I disagreed on that he has to get rid of the ball all of the time though. He's a big part of our scoring and if he doesn't shoot the ball, most of the time we won't win. But having a triple double is good too. That's better than scoring 20+ to me.

Would you honestly say that to someone who's a state fan who lives in Texas but doesn't really have any associations to MSU? Different people gravitate towards different teams for their own reasons.

I still refer to them as "They", you know, since I am not from NY, or live there.

I'm not you, so I'm not gonna do things just because you think it's cool. If that's how you want to refer to the Yanks, then you do that. I'll continue to refer to my teams as I choose to do so.

But I don't track people's posts and remember what everyone says, but regardless.. just because that's what you said doesn't mean it could've been what you wanted, but I digress

Westbrook is a punk. I hate his face. And I'm not even a Grizzlies fan. The dude just acts like the whole world is against him.

How is he a punk?

It can't be because he has a me against the world mentality...winners always work to find a way to motivate themselves.

Saw you got a shoutout from an OKC fan on a Memphis board and thought it was kind of interesting. Don't know if you've seen it already or not but here in case you didn't. Kind of cool I think.

Maybe I'm not remembering the argument, but I said that OKC would lose the series if Westbrook continued to take more shots than Durant.

Part of that is Durant's fault. He has to want the ball more. He doesn't demand it enough and doesn't fight for it enough. Not enough killer instinct yet in my opinion.

Either way, Westbrook has to realize he's Pippen/Worthy and not Jordan/Magic. As I said, part of that is Durant realizing he's Jordan/Magic, and he needs to start acting like it every game. Having only 11 points in Game 6 brought it out in him for Game 7, but that should happen every game. He's still young and has time to develop that. If he does, he'll be better than Lebron or Kobe.

Still stand by the fact that Westbrook needs to look to score second. He is a good scorer, but with Durant on the floor he's got to look for Durant first and then himself. He did that, and OKC's offense was nearly unstoppable. It's very stoppable when Durant isn't fighting to get the ball and Westbrook is playing 1 on 5.

But everything you just said right now is what I agree with exactly. Maybe when you were talking about trading him already was what really had me scratching my head. I don't think Westbrook wants to be the number 1 option all the time, but I think he has a problem of trying to shoulder too much of a load to try to help us win at times. I don't have too much of an issue with how he's been playing in the post season because it's apparent to me that he's learning and actually making adjustments to his style of play.<div>
</div><div>As far as Durant, I agree with it 100%. I don't know if it was directed towards you, but I have said similar things at time as well. One of the main reasons that Westbrook does not pass the ball as much to Durant sometimes goes back to Durant himself because he's not being as aggressive as he should. Not to mention how well the Grizz played him as far as this series is concerned. They're a work in progress, but I can see that as the playoffs progress both Durant and Westbrook are really developing closer to where they should be. If they can become consistent, they'll be deadly.</div>
