Tennessee fans told me that they bought out of their Easton contract in the middle of the season this year in order to switch to DeMarini... Said it wasn't terribly expensive to do...
That said, the bats change tremendously every year. So just because DeMarini was best this past year doesn't necessarily translate to next year...
