STOOPS HAS TO BE FIRED

I am not a football genius or anything, but all these people saying it takes time and people are being impatient make me scratch my head. Does it take a while to build up a team in SEC? Yes and no one will argue that. How can you defend the coaching today though?

The TO on the punt was just insanity.
Constant running on 2nd and really long against a really good defense.
The lack of pressure brought against a freshman quarterback who wasn't showing really anything.
People question the qb situation but just look at the stats Towles had through his first 17 passes. Barker made a mistake and it was costly but would he have made that mistake given some experience?
And for the love of God for as many times as our special teams are on the field to not have a special teams coach knowing that we have some of the worst statistics in those categories is inexcusable.

There are plenty more things I've questioned as well but the apologists have to start holding this staff more accountable. He's getting paid a lot of money and I am fine with it taking time but I could pick up How to Coach Football for Dummies and it would tell me don't run it with 50 seconds left in the game and a whole field ahead of you to get a GW TD.

There is a long list of the usual Stoops defenders that are noticeably absent from this board right now.

I don't know if you count me in as one of them or not, but I'm honestly on the fence and have been since Auburn. I've now started leaning on the side that says this guy doesn't k ow what the heck he's doing. It's the coaching aspect that has me worried, like the clock management, etc.

No I don't count you in that list, but I fell over the fence after the Auburn game. I predicted this would happen. But hey, I don't know anything about football.

3 years isn't enough time ????? Well I guarantee you recruiting will fall off the map now. How can the future be better when we won't be able to recruit the level of player we even have on the field now?

I might just assume from now on any 4 and 5 star recruits that come here got paid or something.[roll]

UK fans will not be sold another **** sandwich after this.
I hope not.

I don't really financially support the team anymore since I moved out of state.

I want to come back for a game, but it would be $1,000 maybe more, and it's just not worth it no matter how much money I'm making.
