Awful grammar in that article. I don't know if he was cyberstalking a minor or if his cyberstalking was a minor charge. The writer/editor has apparently never heard of a comma.

before our eyes. His injuries were very serious and he simply isn't the same man since the wreck and honestly can't take care of himself though he thinks he can. If things aren't brought under control I fear it is going to end very badly.

I don't know Stuart personally, but I've heard his self-destructive behavior is not limited to this recent period subsequent to the car accident. Back to the South Pacific days. Just saying.

after the wreck, he is a different person. I am not sure he has the mental capacity to make decisions for himself. In several social situations over the last year, he has seemed confused and out of place, not completely with it.

Instead of saying I cannot believe he got drunk and drove his motorcycle, I am tempted to say, who let him take the keys and drive home drunk. After the wreck, he is not completely there.

I assume he has or had some role with the company, but I don't know what.

failure in the third generation.

Jail may be the blessing this man needs to free himself from himself.

the electrical distributorship in 2005. They have no ties to any of those businesses since they sold them. Sage advice, before you sell your business or decide to retire early make sure you have something to keep you motivated in a positive way.

Bounced checks, falsified forms, defrauded bonding company, defrauded banks, stiffed partners, stiffed subs ..................

A long laundry list of unethical and illegal tactics to keep supporting the lifestyle that Austin and Claiborne wanted to live. True scumbags.
