Thoughts on this one?

Strasburg dominated East Rock and cruised to a 42-0 win. As normal the Rams defense was lights out and the offense did what it does ran the ball and limited mistakes to the one fumble.

Draft by the score looks like a dominating win against Clarke but all stats were even accept the turnovers Clarke had four. How good is Draft they are 8-3 and reading up a little the qb seems like a dangerous weapon. Are they more pass heavy or run heavy.

Should be a good one Friday in Strasburg. I am going 28-21 Rams if they can play a clean game. I will refer to @Gunz41 for more info on Draft since I do not have alot on them

Strasburg by 3 touchdowns. Region B is the 3 way race with Strasburg, Central, and Luray. Draft will be back and win many more of the races in future seasons like they have before, but not this year.

SD runs the Pistol. Like some top SWVA schools, spread you out and like to run up the gut. With some Jet action. QB can run pretty good. Run Trips a lot (bubble screens & Quick game). They like to go no huddle and call plays at the line. They have some taller WRs too and throw deep on occasion. IMO SHS DLine could be effective vs SD OLine. But no huddle/quick game might throw SHS secondary for a loop unless the DL gets home.

In the early part of the season, we Valley folks were shocked when Luray demolishd first Buffalo Gap and then Stuarts Draft. Then as the season progressed, it appeared that the Dogs were not even the best team in the Bull Run. I assume they finished third behind Strasburg and Central.

So by comparing those two Luray wins, followed by the Dogs losing to the two teams ahead of them, and of course factoring in Strasburg having home field advantage, I would certainly think the Rams will take this one. But of course we Shenandoah folks would love to see the Draft pull it off to prove the overall strength of our district.

Luray finished 2nd. Lost to Strasburg and East Rockingham, beat Central

Thanks for the correction. Good luck to your boys. It would be nice to have two county teams in Salem again.

I see where Graham isn't the only undefeated Class 2 team. Looking at Strasburg's schedule, they haven't lost. They had a forfeit the first week but haven't been beat on the field and have given up 73 points in 10 games with 5 of those 10 shutouts. 7.3 giving up per game and 5 of 10 shutouts is impressive.

23 OF THOSE POINTS CAME IN THE LURAY GAME IN WHICH THEY WON 26-23 A GREAT HIGH SCHOOL GAME.
