From the new SA President's twitter (@ShelbyBalius), Subway will be going in next to the bakery (old dinig services offices)and Freshen's (yogurt place) will be going in across from the convience store over by Starbucks

Mississippi Steak started serving hamburgers last year. IMO, they were actually really good, but I'm not a burger expert.
