Kansas players seemed more upset than the UK players seemed happy. The Kansas players seem to be invested in the program. The UK players seem to be invested in moving on.

people would say they should act like they have been there before. act like your the best team. maybe they just knew they were the best and expected to win. and until they change the rule, i don't blame then for looking on to the next big thing.

but the Kentucky players would be pretty emotionless i would imagine and the Kansas players would be really happy about the upset. Like i said. Don't blame the players. It's the one year rule. If they were to change the rule the players would probably care more. If i were as talented as the players on their team, i would expect to win and then move on to the NBA.

They're a very young team and had a lot of pressure on them to win. I really respect this Kentucky team. Like DawgWild said, it's not their fault they're not in the NBA this year. I think it's amazing that such a young, talented team found a way to play unslefish team baskeball and defense like they did.</p>

a heavily favored team has a feeling of relief more than unrestrained joy at the end of a championship game.

while kansas might have only been a 6 or 7 point underdog, essentially no one expected them to win. even the broadcasters that picked them only picked them for an upset, not because they thought kansas was the better team.

If by kicking *** for 90% of the game and winning a national championship is what you mean by their players being interested in "moving on" then sign me up. I'll take any player who is interested in "moving on" if it gets you that kind of effort. By our performance this season I guess the bullfrogs this year were just really invested in the program instead of moving on.

That is an extremely talented team, who plays great together, shares the ball, and plays extremely hard defense. What more could you ask?

is what it is. In football, Bama and LSU seem to be on similar paths where it is getting to the point where you almost can't compete with them. It seems just a few years ago<div>just about any program had a shot at beating any other program within reason but now there appears to be a widening gap. I don't see how it can be good for the sports in</div><div>question but I guess we will see.</div>

I didn't say they were what was wrong with college basketball. The rule is if the original topc poster wants more emotion out of winning team. Letthem go pro or make them staymore than a year if you want more emotion for winning an NCAA. I like the way Kentucky plays. I think it's amazing what Coach Cal can do with a bunchoftalented freshmen and sophomores. I was making a point that i don't expect them to show excitement about winning a ncaa champ game when they would rather be winning rings in the nba and they expected to win that game. Read more post less.
