Yeah there is absolutely no difference between an embarrassing teamrecord losing record, and a team that won the toughest division in baseball and lost in game 5. No difference at all

We (and I use that term loosely) rarely "expect" to make the playoffs because for the most part we have had lobotomized monkeys running the show handing out seven year deals like candy. When you know you are going to suck, you don't get that upset about it, a la the Crooms era. When you <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">pay for</span> earn the best record in baseball and expect to win the World Series and you lose to....the Tigers?? Man, that's gotta hurt. A lot. I bet you cry yourself to sleep in your Derek Jeter pillow pet tonight.
