Pretty sure his farewell match is going to be a Saturday Night’s Main Event in Boston in December.

They are doing a big stadium show in Perth, Australia in October. I bet that’s where they have the Cena/Lesnar match. Guess they could fight multiple times though.

I doubt it goes until Survivor Series. This final run has been more like a greatest hits collection that goes month to month. This is more likely Clash at the Castle or the show in Australia.

I would be surprised if Cena isn’t in one last WarGames or traditional Survivor Series match when Survivor Series rolls around.

I’m not sure who else is a viable option for his last match without doing a repeat of someone he’s already fought this year. If Edge wasn’t in AEW I’d say him.

My guess is his last match is going to put over somebody on the verge of breaking into the main event, like a Bron Breakker or Jacob Fatu. I also keep seeing Joe Hendry’s name bounced around. That one seems like a long shot for the final match, but I could see Cena having a match with him before this run ends.

The most Cena way to go out would be him against a young talent on the rise and have a “Cena wins LOL” moment to cap it off.
