Aiming early for a run rule. Easter Sunday baseball, I can only imagine what person thought that was a good idea.

Bases loaded K by Frei. More unproductive outs. Just roll a chopper to first for crying out loud

I remember my 12yo coach, from the 3rd base coaching box, embarrassing any batter that couldn't execute a simple sacrifice bunt. Right there as they stood at home plate, in front of their moma and everyone.

Sanders cost us one maybe two runs there. Bench him the rest of the game. But.... Lemonis probably got him a juice box and back pat.

We didn't want to score there. Want a late inning rally instead.

Another reason you should almost never bunt. It doesn’t make sense statistically, but at least it’s close. If you’re 100% successful. But nobody can bunt anymore. Most bunt attempts result in an 0-2 count then the bung is taken off so it doesn’t go down as a failed bunt. But it is.

Thought Hines got a hold of one. Nice to see some productive outs this inning vs more Ks

Imagine how big of an inning this would be if it weren’t for Hines though.

we are about to bat completely through the lineup with Hines being the only one responsible for an out. Js

How can we not catch routine fly balls ? Do we even practice at this stadium.

How the hell was that a foul? And how the hell does Sanders not have sunglasses?

Why is making a throw to first so difficult? Hines is challenged in some way on every freakin' throw.

Nice play by Hines. He may be inconsistent at the plate, but he can play some defense.
