Great to see Manning get another SB win. Hopefully he goes out on top, he realizes all he had to do was hand the ball off and not commit turmovers, Von Miller and the Broncos D handled the rest. Thought for sure the panthers were dynamic enough to win this by a landslide it appears they weren't ready for the big stage and adversity.

Despite the dropped passes by Jericho, high throws by Cam and the horrible decision to not overturn the incomplete pass early on, the Panthers still had a shot, due to their D playing lights out and Broncos being conservative, when Cam Was stripped. I was surprised to see him not dive for the ball, actually backed away from it. Said to me he had checked out and given up mentally due to him getting his butt kicked all night and not being handed the game and I'm sure his teammates felt the same way.

All in all, Lady Gaga was the best part of the SB, didn't know she could blow like that and that she looks good!!

Manning acted much the same in his early playoff losses.

Google some of his whining with the Colts.
Yes he did. Very true. Manning didn't act like he was Superman though. Cam acted like a punk during and after the game. Wouldn't get on the ground with the game on the line to recover HIS fumble. Actually jumped back from it then fell down and half heartedly went after it. You can be sure his teammates will see that.

Cam will grow from this and be better than ever. Can't take away the season that man had.

You are correct, he had a great season. But his attitude after the super bowl will shroud that. And of course just looking at the fumble.

Thought this was one of the poorest officiated SBs I've seen in awhile. From the blown Carolina completed pass to Oher's constant holding of Miller(not called but maybe once) to obvious missed PI calls, think this crew has a future in the SEC if their NFL gig doesn't work out.

Dude..hate on him all you want...because he did act like a punk...but don't act JUST LIKE A MEDIA MEMBER WITH AN AGENDA and take things out of context... guess what else he said.. misthrown passes ...why didn't you include that
Because he threw in...to be exact "errant passes"...at the end because he realized he had just thrown everyone else under the bus.

I disagree. I think people will look at the season and not the press conference.

We'll just have to disagree on that. Did he act like a sore loser, sure. But ill give him a pass. I don't talk to the media if I don't make my sales quota.

That's fair. I'm glad we can disagree without having rash responses

I really do not think so...and it's easy for us to criticize. We will never ever feel something as disappointing as that. Or at least not have to be interviewed 5 minutes after..

..add in the fact that they were Interviewing joyous Broncos players within the same room and it's really easy to unewest and his lack of enthusiasm.

I think most of you know who I was pulling for. It's every bit like UK winning a NCAA championship. Except better. Why? Well, because this is my home. Has been for a very long time. I live in the midst of the madness that is today. This entire state is walking on cloud 9. The entire vast area that is the Rocky Mountain West as well. Two years ago when we muffed that snap early on I knew it was over. Yesterday, when we recovered that fumble for a TD by the D, I knew it was going to be our day. It was. That D completely stymied Carolina. It was exactly the game we knew it had to be to win. Low scoring, lot's of 3 and out's, and a battle for field position. Much as it was with Pittsburgh and NE. When a D can stop those 3 QB's in 3 consecutive playoff games, that's a great D, a Super Bowl winning one. Like has long been said. Defense wins championships.

In '98 when the Bronco's won their first around 650,000 people gathered in Civic Center Park in Denver to great the champs. Still the largest public gathering in the state's history. I predict tomorrow it will be a million or more. I was there the first time. I'll be there this time to. So will Danny Trevathan. So they'll be at least two UK guys there.
