Interfering with a Federal LEO operation is a Federal crime. The is a Federal officer performing the duties of the Federal government. The local authorities have zero authority in the matter.

Perhaps you could get dragged by a car and need 33 stitches then come back to work and get hit by a 4,000 lb vehicle driven by a crazy woman trying to run you over after not listening to instructions. I assume you are such a goober that you would just say “Golly gee willakers. My hip hurts really bad, but I feel really sorry for the person who just attempted to murder me with her 4,000 lb SUV.”

He never went to hospital. Keep believing Trump lies. The PTSD argument has no relevance. If he had PTSD, he should not have been in the field.

You are incapable of independent thought. Keep regurgitating Trump talking points. The fact that you believe that the woman was trying to kill him shows how detached you are from reality. Again, the videos clearly show that all the shots were taken when he was on the side of the vehicle and not in any danger.

Also, really good look for the shooter to call the woman a fxxxing bxxxh, after he killed her. That is how desperate the right is at this moment to release the video of the shooter recording on his own personal phone not a bodycam video. It doesn’t help him at all he dropped the phone when he shot her. Also, it is clear that he was on the side of the vehicle when he took the first shot. He was clearly out of harm's way when he started shooting.

I am not sure if he got bumped or not. If he did come into contact with the car, it was not with much force. He didn't fall to the ground and he walked around after the shooting with no apparent injuries.
I know this:
It is standard policy to never stand in front of the car.
The ICE officer drew his gun before she moved. He had plenty of time to step to the side but chose to escalate the situation.
All the shots were fired when he was to the side of the car. He fired when he was no longer in danger.
He clearly had issues whether PTSD or something else. He should not have been in the field. Most police officers feel bad when they kill someone. He did not.

So, you believe it is possible she hit him with her car as she punched the gas with a federal officer inches in front of her car. Do you believe officers have been killed by being hit by a car before?

He shot her while he was no longer in danger. All the shots were from the side. He didn't fear for his life he was angry. If he was so traumatized, why did he stand in front of the car which is against police protocol.

There are hundreds of traffic stop videos where the perpetrator takes off after being stopped and the police have to jump out of the way or are bumped. You know how many of the officers fired? Zero.

Blaming the officer as opposed to the person antagonizing them. She put herself in an incredibly dangerous position and was taunting them to boot. This behavior is not only dangerous, but incredibly stupid. People do stupid things and get killed all the time. Especially, when interfering with Law Enforcement.

She went some place she shouldn’t have been, she made an *** of herself dancing and obstructing, and then she mashed on the gas with an officer in front of the vehicle. Her death is Democrats fault and Americas gain as Darwinism comes through again.

I’ve been hit by a postal truck as a pedestrian / jogger. He rolled through a stop sign, I thought I had him cleared, and his left front mirror caught my gut at perhaps 2-5 MPH. The mirror shattered and I wasn’t knocked down, but I did require 22 stitches. The difference is the postman wasn’t trying to kill me.

Jeff is just a psycho and a conspiracy theorist despite the fact he has 20 videos of the attempted murder and encouragement by the wife to attack him with the weapon.

Jeff is just plain sick. Of course, Jeff said Ashley Babbitt deserved to die for being unarmed and prostate as she trespassed into the Capitol. That was reasonable force to Jeffy.

She said to the officer just seconds before he shot her "I am not mad at you." How exactly is that taunting the officer? Police are held to a higher standard than the general public. ICE agents should be descalating a situation not making it worse. In this case, the ICE agents were pulling at her door which is an illegal search. The shooter placed himself in a dangerous situation which generally prevents a claim of self defense. He pulled out his gun before she even moved. Those agents behaved liked untrained buffoons and are responsible for the escalation of the situation. It is on them

What are the Trump talking points about this? If he matches up with what I said, he has common sense. You are so lacking of common sense you can’t even see an LEO get hit by the vehicle and give no blame to the party involved that shouldn’t have been there.

Wrong. “The shooter placed himself in a dangerous situation.” How obtuse are you that you completely ignore that the woman with her SUV didn’t belong there obstructing them in the first place?

Legally it does not matter that the woman is there. An officer cannot put himself in a dangerous situation and claim self defense. The ICE agent had a video of her face and the license plate. There was no reason for him to put himself in front of the car with his gun drawn for a misdemeanor offense. He started to draw his gun while she was in reverse and he made the decision to kill at that point. He could have moved to the side while she was in reverse but he decided to pull his gun instead. Good luck with the self defense strategy!
He should have let her go. They had the information needed to have her arrested.

Here is the DOJ policy on deadly force

Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle. Firearms may not be discharged from a moving vehicle except in exigent circumstances. In these situations, an officer must have an articulable reason for this use of deadly force.

Welp. They caught the murderer of the Dentist and his wife. It was the wife’s ex-husband. AFAIK they shared no kids. Divorced in 2017. The Surgeon ex-husband was found right in Rockford IL. Waiting for more details to come out.

Jeff officially on the side of those who try to murder federal agents. You are sick.

A vehicle that was blocking a 4 lane road (illegally) for over 3 minutes. Suddenly, this lunatic jams on the gas at the very instant the federal officer is in front of the vehicle (with her butch wife telling her to do it!). She attempts to murder an agent and Jeff defends. Damn good thing he sensed her intent to murder and fired shots at her.

Anyone who tries to murder a federal officer gets what they deserve when return fire comes their way. But, Jeff, our resident fake CEO is now a fake LEO and Legal expert! Good to know you will die in liberal Illinois because you lack the wealth to move to Florida - a state superior in almost all respects. Too bad you preached doom and gloom 9 months ago on Liberation Day.
